Refund Policy
Once a payment is made to Top Dog Leads for any of our services, it is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, any initial setup fees, ongoing service fees, project fees, or any other charges associated with our services.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order or service engagement at any point, please be aware that there will be no refunds for any amounts already paid. This policy ensures that we can cover the costs we incur during the initial stages of project planning, resource allocation, and other preparatory actions necessary to deliver our services.
Discretionary Considerations
While our policy is generally firm, we recognize that each situation is unique. In exceptional circumstances, Top Dog Leads may choose to provide a refund or partial refund at our sole discretion. However, clients should assume that our standard policy of no refunds will apply in most cases.
Acknowledgment
By engaging our services and making payment, clients acknowledge and agree to our NO-REFUND policy. We advise clients to carefully consider their needs and our policy terms before proceeding with any service or payment.
Chargebacks
In the event that we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (e.g., PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended immediately without notice. A $50 chargeback fee, plus any outstanding balances resulting from the chargeback, must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is undertaken. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or initiating a PayPal dispute for a legitimate charge is considered fraud and is not an acceptable or legal method of obtaining a refund. Please ensure you fully understand our refund policy before making a payment.
Cancellation Notification
All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email to billing@topdogleads.com, with a 30-day notice. Cancellation requests will only be processed if submitted by the original authorizing party and received in writing or via email. It is the responsibility of the initial authorizing party to confirm that Top Dog Leads has received the cancellation notification.
Account Termination
Top Dog Leads reserves the right to disable and/or terminate an account if a user is found to be in violation of our terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
